What Tier do I need to pledge in the first 48 hours to get the Free FPWKK?
You’ll need to pledge at any Tier that includes a physical reward so the pin can ship with the other reward. So that means pledging at the Standar Book Tier or higher.
ALSO, you don’t need to add the pin to your pledge in Kickstarter - we’ll add it AUTOMATICALLY to your reward in the Backerkit Pledge Manager.

How do I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs are not charged through Kickstarter. Instead, they will be calculated using BackerKit once we’ve sent out surveys and confirmed the dimensions and weights of the items. When you make your pledge, your receipt will show a charge of “$0.00 for shipping” – this is from Kickstarter. The actual shipping costs will be applied through BackerKit after the Kickstarter campaign ends.
Please keep in mind that the estimated shipping costs on the campaign page are based on current size and weight estimates of the products in each pledge tier. These estimates may change, but we strive to provide as accurate shipping prices as possible. It’s worth noting that due to the ongoing global shipping situation, final shipping prices might exceed our initial estimates. We will update the shipping price in your BackerKit survey as soon as we have their precise weights and dimensions.

What happens when the Kickstarter ends?
After our Kickstarter ends, you’ll receive a receipt for your pledge. It’s important to check this receipt to make sure your pledge went through successfully. We won’t be able to deliver items to pledges that didn’t go through, so please double-check.
Once your pledge is confirmed, you can relax, knowing that your Faster, Purple Worm! products will be made. But there’s more to do! We’ll send you a BackerKit survey where you can make any changes or additions to your pledge. This is also where we’ll charge for shipping. All shipping costs will be calculated in the BackerKit survey.
Important Note: We will only deliver products to backers who: A. Successfully pledged to one of the reward tiers. B. Successfully pay for shipping in their BackerKit survey.

Absolutely! When we send you the BackerKit survey, you’ll have the chance to upgrade your pledge. This upgrade option is open to all backers, regardless of the tier you originally picked. Our goal is to provide you with a wide range of options to ensure you can fully enjoy Faster, Purple Worm!

When and what will I be charged?
After the Kickstarter campaign ends, Kickstarter will charge your chosen payment method automatically. Remember that you’ll still need to cover shipping (check our estimated prices) and any applicable taxes and/or duties. The exact amount depends on your order, location, and local tax rates. BackerKit will calculate this for you when it’s time to fulfill orders.

Will there be a pledge manager?
Yes, indeed! We’ll be using BackerKit as our pledge manager. About 2-3 weeks after the campaign concludes, you’ll receive an email with a survey. In that survey, you can share your address, upgrade your pledge tier, and add any extra items you’d like.

When will the Zoom Town Hall be scheduled?
We’ll schedule the Zoom Town Hall sometime after the Kickstarter campaign ends and before production is complete. Depending on how many people pledge at this Tier, we may schedule multiple sessions to accommodate different time zones and schedules. We’ll notify backers of the schedule and options through updates, Kickstarter messages, and emails after the Kickstarter campaign ends.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
